Reader's Notebooks are functional!
Reader's Notebooks should be intentionally labeled and tabbed into sections. When students add entries to a notebook, there is a clearly defined place to make the entry. When we revisit a notebook, we can quickly access what we need based on the intentionally labeled sections.
